2009 Summer Practice Schedule
Platinum
- M-F 7-9:00 am (no drylands)** (arrive at 6:45 to get in at 7:00 am)
- T/Th 5-6:30 pm (dryland strength/speed training) water racing
- Friday 4-5:30 pm-Make up practice (if missed any of above).
- Sat 9-10:30
If morning times do not avail enough lane space for our kids, we may move to earlier mornings on T/Th- I am trying to keep the kids in bed as long as I can.
Gold
- M-F 7-8:30 am (swim only-no drylands) (arrive at 6:45 to get in at 7:00 am).
- F- 4-5:30 pm -Make up (if missed any of above) or optional if want to come.
- Sat 9-10:30
Pre-Gold
- M-Th 5-6:45
- F 4-5:30 race day
- S 8-9:30 (some dryland games possible)
Silver
- M-Th 4-5:15
- F- 4-5:30- race day
Blue
- M-Th 4-5:00 No Friday/Sat
White
- M-Th 4-4:45 No Friday/Sat
Pre-Swim Team
- M/W 4-4:45 thru July 20th

- White: 4-4:45 pm M-Th
- Blue: 4-5:00 pm M-Th
- Silver: 4-5:15 pm M-Th; 4-5:30 F; 8-9:30 Sat.
- Pre-Gold: 5:00-7:00 M-Th; 4-5:30 F; 8-10:30 Sat
- Gold: 5:00-7:00 M-Th; 4-5:30 F; 8-10:30 Sat

TJCC coaching staff determines the training group assignment for each swimmer.
